My slope is 15/3. How do I use the y=mx+b formula if the slope is a fraction?

I’m very new to this so I’m struggling quite a bit

That's fine , fraction is a number . Just use it as any number .

you want simplify the slope first

15/3=5

and insert

y=5x+b

if its lets say 1/3

y=1/3x+b
